S & K attorneys have represented clients in a wide variety of ways and in the full spectrum of issues under the Washington Shoreline Management Act. We have assisted clients with SMA permitting in connection with development proposals.  S & K attorneys have also negotiated numerous updates of local government’s shoreline master programs.   Additionally, we have represented clients, including organizations, in legal challenges to shoreline master program updates and amendments, before the Washington Department of Ecology, the Shoreline Hearings Board, the Growth Management Hearings Board and all levels of court, including the Washington Supreme Court.
